Bob is a public health and safety professional with extensive domestic and international experience including all hazards emergency response operations, pandemic risk management activities, accident investigations, business continuity exercises, critical infrastructure protection, as well as leadership, technical and professional development training for organizational sustainability of public and private sector working environments. Bob is a retired United States Coast Guard officer.
