Scott Thomas, MA, CEM

Scott has over 35 years of experience as an emergency responder, emergency manager, planner, operations officer, and instructor. Over the course of his 22-year Army career, he developed numerous contingency plans and concepts of operation to support military and combat operations around the world. Scott Served as the Team Leader of the FEMA Region 6 Incident Management Team. Scott served as a Federal Coordinating Officer and led federal response operations during some of the largest disasters in FEMA Region 6.
