Seamus is a crisis manager with over 20 years of experience in the risk and consequence management field. Seamus has served in key leadership roles in twenty-eight Presidentially declared Major Disaster declarations at both the county and federal levels of government. Most recently, Seamus served as a Federal Coordinating Officer for FEMA Region II and led large, diverse, and multi-functional teams in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic in New York, Hurricanes Irma and Maria in the U.S. Virgin Islands, historic flooding in Missouri, and HurricaneMatthew in South Carolina.
