Tom is considered one of the foremost experts in Emergency Management in the United States, with 51 years of Public Safety and Emergency Management experience across the country. Before joining Meridian, Tom served as the FEMA National Incident Management Assistance Team Leader and provided senior-level strategic and tactical leadership during many of the Nation’s largest disasters since 2017.
