This Unique and Rare Training is scheduled for Sept. 29-30, 2026, at the Dutchess County Emergency Response Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. At $325 for two days of professional training, participants learn from those who lived and worked through some of the nation's most catastrophic disasters.  ​
