Seamus Leary, President of Meridian Strategic Services, has spent more than 30 years helping organizations navigate crises, strengthen operations, and prepare for the moments that matter most. His experience spans large-scale emergency management, government leadership, operational coordination, and organizational readiness.

Throughout his career, Seamus has led teams during high-pressure incidents where communication, coordination, and decision-making directly impacted communities, operations, and recovery efforts. As an appointed Federal Coordinating Officer and former Deputy Commissioner, he understands how to guide organizations through complexity while keeping people, missions, and outcomes at the center of the response.
